We accept unworn and undamaged shoes with original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us of your intent to return within 30 days and ship the item back within 15 days of notification. Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned merchandise. Please note that initiating a chargeback with your bank will prevent future orders and may result in a refusal of service.

Red Sash boots are true to size. Leather boots may initially feel snug and require a break-in period. If you have wide feet or difficulty pointing your toes, we recommend sizing up. Due to the slip-on design, the boots should fit snugly on the bridge of your foot.

The best way to break in your boots is by wearing them regularly around the house. We do not recommend wetting the leather or using steam, as this may damage the material and void the return policy.
