Like all good boots, Red Sash boots will require a short break-in period. Crafted with high-quality leather and a Goodyear-welted sole, they’re built to mold to your foot over time. You can expect a snug fit at first—that’s completely normal. As the leather softens and conforms, the boots will relax around your foot, giving you a truly one-of-a-kind fit.
What's your return or exchange policy if they don't fit right ?
We accept unworn and undamaged shoes with original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us of your intent to return within 30 days and ship the item back within 15 days of notification. Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned merchandise. Please note that initiating a chargeback with your bank will prevent future orders and may result in a refusal of service.
How do I keep my RedSash boots looking and performing their best ?
- Clean: Remove dirt with a damp cloth or soft brush. Use a leather cleaner for stubborn stains (test in an inconspicuous area first).
- Condition: Apply leather conditioner liberally and allow it to dry. Also adding a water proofing agent is highly recommended.
- Polish: To keep your Red Sash boots looking their best, apply a neutral or color-matching cream polish and buff with a soft cloth. Attached to the tag, you'll find a small leather swatch—cut from the same hide as your boots. Use this piece to safely test any products before applying them to the full boot, ensuring they won’t damage the leather.
- Embroidery: Gently wipe with a damp cloth and a soft brush if needed. Avoid scrubbing and conditioning the leather afterward.
